JC choice:hmmm, i still have NO IDEA whatsoever on where i should be headin for the first 2 mths, and yeap its first 2 mths not 3 wks(clarified with ms dianah; since we're gettin our results in roughly february so it'll be around 2 mths) even though i've got tons of options.
lets see:
RJC: no friggin way, so far away and im not that smart -.-
Hwa Chong: hmm no comment, just dun see myself goin there
Anderson: mugger sch
CJC : kinda far away too
ACJC : hmm, can consider maybe?
Innova : too far
JJ : one of my top 3 choices i think, pretty probably where i'm gonna go
Meridian: not bad actually, just that its oso too far away...
Nanyang : its somewhere near Serangoon MRT station, distance wise not good
NJC: MUGGER TOAD SCH, no thanks, i want a life. (pardon my biasness LOls)
PJC: supposedly better than JJ even though the COP much lower, and it's got a good lit faculty goin by wad sherrie says
SAJC: at potong pasir, near KALLANG.
Serangoon: heavens no.
Tamasek: same, too far away
Tampines: too far
VJC: 5 minutes away from east coast park probably says it all, i don't think ppl there even know wad sch's bukit batok sia..
Yishun: distance
my bottom lines:
can't be sibeh stressful
distance wise must be good oso
environment, people tt go there (eg. CJ got alot of convent sch ppl)
teachers, academic wise, faculties, how good they are etc etc
reputation and overall school experience, like will i regret my 2 years spent there? *something i think that's damn damn important*
and of cos, MUST HAVE SHOOTING!
i think it'll be down to:

PJC
ACJC
JJ:
JJ's got nice distance, i don't see myself waking up super early to get there and the environment there isnt anywhere as stressful as those top JCs (which i detest) and it beats PJ in one area:
its got air rifle!
teachers wise heard its quite ok, sth like BBSS teachers? dedicated teachers that're willing to help although not the sharpest tools in the shed as compared to those gd JCs, i don't mind that much.
bad pts?
-not very lang based i think, at least towards the subjects im gonna take like Lit.
-horrible uniform LOL
-out of so many ppl i've asked their opinion, JJ seems to suck big time, but very horrible meh just cos its neighborhood? dun think so, im proud to say that i'm frm BBSS and love it ;D
PJ:
in the morning got tons of traffic problems, and L1R5 lousier than JJ even though lotsa ppl said its better than JJ.
(note: why ppl say JJ realli sucks that bad, to the extent that a JC with lousier scores than it is better than it? don't understand)
got a gd lit faculty! realli important if i wanna score A for A lvl lit.
bad pts

-didn't realli impress me, the open house
-and doesnt have air rifle dammit! so NO WAY i'm goin there in this aspect....
AC:
nicest uniform out of these 3~
got air rifle! pretty good one oso, seen them train at CDANS
distance wise abit far though, nid to change to bus and train everyday
furthermore the ppl there, not sure if its true that the old ACS family ppl (like ACS barker, ACSI etc etc the snobs) have gone
and environment wise since ppl there are smart, means the environment confirm wun be very relax...
however, definitely good in terms of reputation and should be a better place for academics since its a better JC than the previous 2.
and much much better than the other 2 JCs for networking in future, cos the friends you make there you might need their help in the future to pull strings, etc, but im not even sure if i can get into their cliques.
bad pts:
-people there might not be realli good, still an unfounded claim
-more appearance focused i guess? must sort of maintain the image of ACS, like so high class, then there's just that outward fakeness of it all...-.-
all in all, STILL NO FRIGGIN IDEA.
