i finally know how to add pics onto blogger! hahas, lots of thanks to mengyih for the help and screenshots of where to click and everything. so, finally back from senior spec course and now a successful senior specialist =D hmm. but now reflecting on it, i do realise that whatever i do and say has a great impact on my juniors; that im the one they look towards for an example. as the CLTs said, a platoon is the reflection of their leader. in comparison to part B, maybe i really haven't been such a fantastic leader to them, not having kept them totally in check discipline-wise. that's something that i'll have to remedy once school opens.
having earned the staff sergeant rank and the ever-prestigious lanyard, i'll try my very best to set an example for my cadets under me and uphold the post of senior specialist, earning their respect is something i want to do properly. also, congrats to all the rest of the senior specs from BBSS for passing out successfully, like we all hoped! wish that all of us can lead the unit well together, and get us another gold~
went over to xiong's house today and was thinking of going beach rd to sew in my ranks, but too bad didnt make it in the end cos he wasnt too free. so postponed it to this sat instead. this whole holiday, im hoping to have some nice stuff to do at least, cos if not i think im gonna rot the days away at home...
